My small act of kindness today:
My uncle went to the hospital after a fall. He is showing improvement and his doctor transferred him to a rehabilitation center today. Since I was not able to visit, I called him to let him know I was thinking of him and hoping for his speedy recovery. We reminisced about some fun times our families have had together.
